Who to Ask for Help

 

If you are a Dgroup Participant: Ask Your Administrator

Send your question to the administrator of your Dgroup by sending an email to listname.owner@dgroups.org (replace 'listname' by the name of the Dgroups mailing list, which is found 'Community Email' in your group's about tab).

 

If you are a Dgroup Administrator: Ask Your Primary Dgroup Creator

Each partner/member organisation has a principal Dgroup creator and technical contact person. This person is responsible for handling problems/questions related to functionality and the effective use of workspaces created within their organization. Here is a list of primary Dgroup creators.
